Our atmospheric drum coating systems are suitable for coating feed pellets, aquafeeds, and petfoods by applying fats and oils, colorants and flavorings, vitamins and enzymes. The product is continuously fed through the inlet into a rotating drum, turned over by flights, and thanks to the drum inclination, conveyed to the outlet. At the same time, oils, fats, and micro-additives are uniformly sprayed onto the product through a spray dosing system. A maximum liquids addition rate of up to 8 percent of the product throughput is possible. Coaters feature simple design and operation, and allow for easy cleaning and product changeover.
